Here are some things to know before you arrive:

Our new home is at Atonement Lutheran Church, located at 116 W Glen Ave in Syracuse.

DRIVING

If you arrive via car please park in the the parking lot at the back of the building.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

If you are taking Centro, the closest stop is at the corner of Glen Ave and S Salina Street. This stop is serviced by SYR 10 route.

TICKETING

Your ticket will need to be printed or available on your mobile device. All tickets will be scanned at the entrance to the building. We strongly encourage you to buy tickets online to ensure a quick and contactless check-in process. We will not be taking cash at the door.

IMPORTANT: If you are not feeling well, or think you might start not feeling well, just let us know. We can exchange your ticket for another night of this or any other performance. Please stay home if you are feeling unwell for your safety and the safety of our community.

COVID PROTOCOLS

We ask that everyone wears a mask while in the building.

All attendees will be required to provide proof of vaccination or proof of negative test (results should be from within 72 hours of curtain)

We ask that you are mindful of the personal space of other patrons. Please maintain a healthy social distance from other patrons. We know you’ll probably see friends you haven’t seen in a long time (we’re happy to be a community gathering space!) but please be respectful of everyone’s personal comfort levels when chatting, sitting next to each other during the performance, hugging, handshakes, etc.

Our production teams have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19. The actors will not wear masks during the performance but safety precautions were taken during the production process and backstage.

We are cleaning/sanitizing the house and lobby areas diligently for your safety and comfort.
